Booking Process: To book a tour, you must complete our booking form. Payments can be made either via bank transfer or on the day of the tour.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer and pay-on-the-day options. All payments must be completed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), as specified during booking.
Confirmation: Once your booking is received, we will send a confirmation email with your tour details.

3. Changes to Tours

Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. If significant changes are made, we will notify you in advance and offer suitable alternatives where possible.
Personal Changes: If you need to modify your booking details, such as travel dates or participant numbers, please inform us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and approval.

4. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or emergencies during your trip. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate coverage.

5. Responsibilities

Traveler Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that you have all the necessary travel documents, including valid visas and passports, for the trip. Compliance with local laws and regulations during your tour is also your responsibility.
Health and Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements in advance. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee specific arrangements.

6. Liability

Limitation of Liability: Ayubowan Deep Tours is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including personal injury, loss of property, or any financial loss.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or travel restrictions.
